Privacy statement for Filipina-Online.net

Filipina-Online.net is a Community designed to bring people together, from
all over the world. To make this possible, Filipina-Online.net stores lots of data
and information about the individual person signed up.

Filipina-Online.net is a membership based but free service and therefor does not
collect sensitive information like credit card numbers and bank information
from the individual member.

Filipina-Online.net stores three kinds of information
• Public information
• Private information
• Aggregate

Public information : is information that may be viewed and displayed on
Filipina-Online.net by other members signed up such as nickname, age, gender,
appearance, freetext etc. This information is meant to be seen by members and visitors on Filipina-Online.net and cannot be used by any to identify the member
by its real name and address including email, phone etc. Pictures are Public information as well but can not hold any text information. Please note that
Filipina-Online.net does not use or claim any rights to member pictures for the
use in ads or press releases, without permission from the individual member.
Public information will be totally erased from Filipina-Online.net upon a
'Delete Profile' by the member.

Private information : is information that allow a person to contact a member
from outsite Filipina-Online.net's public area and information not displayable by a member. This information includes, but is not limited to real name, addresses, phone numbers, email etc. This kind of information is only accessable by the
top staff on Filipina-Online.net.

Aggregate : is information used by Filipina-Online.net to identify a member
and protect information through her/his behaviour inside Filipina-Online.net. Information includes, but is not limited to IP-number/address, Cookie information etc.

Chat and Forum
is considered as public information though it is possible by two members to chat private in the chat and can and will ofcause only be seen by those two.

Use of Cookies
Filipina-Online.net does not use cookies to track any behaviour outside the community. Like other sites do, Filipina-Online.net does not store data within
cookies for advertising purposes, nor does it contain any harmfull or private identifiable code. No third-party cookies (from Filipina-Online.net) are placed on your computer. Only reason to use cookies on Filipina-Online.net is, that
any individually profile can and will stay protected against abuse from outside.
All cookies from Filipina-Online.net will disapear upon logoff. Please note, this is only an extra precaution against abuse from outside. If any cookie should
still be visible at the computer used, Filipina-Online.net's system is made this
way, that any not knowing the member's username and password can and will
not be able to fake and abuse cookies.

Delete and change profile
When becomming a member, it is possible to delete and change profile
information including pictures. All Private and Public information, but mails sent
to other members and subjects/answers in the Forum area, will be erased upon
a profile 'delete'.

Superusers
Filipina-Online.net makes use of superusers. Superusers can be defined as
regular members of Filipina-Online.net with special features to keep Filipina-Online.net sober and clean. Members with only superuser status will not be
able to access any private information.
It is possible to complain about superusers.
